The versatile 4.5 mm thick PVC mat is suitable for almost all yoga styles and home workouts. The mat is equally grippy on both sides, meaning it stays in place against the floor while providing excellent grip under the hands and feet. Please note, that the grip of PVC mats improves with use, so don't worry if your hands slip a little the first few times - this will pass!
The mat is SGS-tested, meaning it is free of AZO dyes, DOP softeners, phthalates and heavy metals. The mat is free of 6P, meaning it does not contain the six most dangerous phthalates for the environment.
