The 4.5 mm thick mat provides just the right cushion and ground support for most yoga styles.
PVC mat is very durable and easy to clean. A good grip both against the floor and under your hands and feet. Note, however, that PVC does not absorb moisture so heavy sweating can impair the grip of the mat. We recommend using a yoga towel to absorb excess moisture for thermal yoga or dynamic exercises.
