This fun accessory is not only your ideal partner for inversions but can also be used as a stool or an exercise bench due to its removable seat cushion which can be secured using the attached Velcro straps.
The removable seat cushion can also be used as an alternative to a yoga block, by bringing the floor closer to you. Comfortable and easy to wash, the 6cm thick foam is supported by a strong wooden frame making it ultra-resistant but also light and portable.
