Thanks to the length of 96.5 cm, the pilates roller can be used for various exercises sitting or lying down, as well as for massaging the core. Treatment of muscles and muscle membranes (fascia) with a Pilates roller helps maintain and increase body mobility, improves body posture and symmetry, and increases blood circulation. Light rolling can be done daily, and more intensive muscle treatment can be done 1–2 times a week.
The roller is made of pressure-resistant EVA foam and remains firm and round even after several hours of use! The soft EVA roller is recommended for beginners and light people, as it offers less pressure than similar rollers made of hard material.
